When do you launch new products?
We launch new products on the 8th of every month at 10am PST. Be sure you’re signed up for our newsletter to get sneak peeks and first dibs on these launches and other announcements.
Do you restock sold out items?
We usually restock our more popular stamp sets, especially those in the Prompts and Passport series. A lot of the other seasonal designs, however, are limited; once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked. (Don’t worry though; we’re starting to bring back old favorites as throwback sets, but can’t guarantee when that will be!)
Where are your products made?
All our stamp sets are manufactured in the USA. Our journals and mini book kits are produced in the US, and our bigger, Format series journals are printed in the Philippines.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily send you a replacement. If for any reason you change your mind (some customers have bought stamp sets that they forgot they already have!), we can also arrange for an exchange. Other than that, all sales are final.
