When do you launch new products?

We launch new stamps every second Tuesday of the month at 10am PST. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get first dibs on these launches!

Do you have a clearer image of what the stamp sets are?

Yes we do — we send out full reveal images to our newsletter list the night before launch. We keep it limited to this audience to avoid counterfeit sets from circulating (#smallbusinesswoes). Our current product shots do add a fun dimension for you to see how these images look like stamped out and in your journals though, so it works out! ;)

Will you be restocking (insert stamp here) anytime soon?

We usually do restock our more popular stamp sets, especially those in the Prompts and Passport series. A lot of the other designs, however, are limited; once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked. (Don’t worry though; we’re starting to bring back old favorites as throwback sets, but can’t guarantee when that will be!)

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, unless there’s something wrong with the merchandise. Please write in anyway and we’ll take care of you! We do not give refunds, but will issue store credit.
